Here we go, then - the very last set of X Factor betting odds you’ll be getting from us in 2005. No doubt next year we’ll start carping on about Sharon Osbourne again. But for now, this is it. So get betting - you’ll miss us when we’re gone, you know.
Whatever happens on tomorrow’s X Factor, the lives of Andy Abraham, Journey South and Shayne Ward will be changed forever. Two of them will forever be known as filthy great enormous X Factor losers, and the winner will have one giant single before the public forgets who they are and ditch them for some other young brainless pop muppet.
Today we’ll be looking at the betting odds of this year’s X Factor favourite - Shayne Ward. So, for the last time, here are the X Factor betting odds - help as always from SportingOdds.com…
Shayne Ward - We’ll be honest with you: all of the under 25s in this
year’s X Factor were pretty much interchangeable for the first few
weeks. But after Nicholas bored us, Chenai irritated us and Phillip
spazz-jerked about like a terrified deer, all that was left was Shayne.
Shayne seems to have it all - a beautiful voice, teen pin-up good
looks, a tattered personal life thanks to his rapist Dad, and the
strength of mind not to puke and shit himself whenever Sharon Osbourne
takes it upon herself to flirt with him. As far as weaknesses go, Shayne
has an alarming preference for singing stodgy bland rubbish ballads.
Plus, those terrifying rumours that he’s obsessed with X Factor host
Kate Thornton won’t go away.
But X Factor voters won’t be deciding who to vote for based on which
fat-armed presenter the contestants have crushes on - they’re voting
for who has the X Factor. Compared to Andy and Journey South, it looks
like Shayne might just walk it. Current X Factor final betting odds -
4/7
That’s it: hecklerspray is now an X Factor-free zone - unless we
feel the need to slag off the winner, of course (let’s face it, it’ll
be a matter of days) - but SportingOdds.com will have all the very
latest X Factor betting odds right up until the dying moments of the
final. Go there and bet, goddamit! Bet like you’ve never bet before!
